Ordered an item and required an alteration to the embroidery. Once I detected the issue I immediately notified the company.
Customer services waited 18 minutes and conveniently waited one minute after my order time to lapse the hour before responding I'm now ' outside' the cancellation window.
Absolutely ridiculous! I informed them within the hour….buyers beware!!!
I love the scrubs they sell. They are all I wear for work and keep me comfortable during long 12 hour shifts. On top of that, every time I have had issues or questions, their customer service team is quick, responsive, and so helpful. I can’t imagine buying my work wardrobe from anywhere else!
Your flash sales are stressful. Your entire marketing scheme is not of good character from a highly sought after product. Rather than making it possible for people to just shop your sales leisurely and purchase what they want you offer way too small a supply to way too high a demand causing people to go nuts and hurriedly shop that very second the sale drops and fight over every “limited edition color” your offering until they end up frustrated and angry. I for one don’t appreciate the crashing servers that cannot handle the traffic during a sale and the limited sizes available to make a matching set. I’ll get a top in my cart then suddenly all the bottoms are sold out. This is one hour after you announce the sales!!!! It’s ridiculous and I’m frustrated with you people because it’s apparent that you do this type of marketing frenzy “get it before it’s too late “ method on purpose! Shame on you. Why not just make enough products to offer everyone one if they choose. Surely you have analysts that know which colors are going to sell ….
I love figs! a bit pricey... but worth it and they stand to test of time and still look sharp. I keep coming back for more. My only complaint is that my favorites aren't available in more colors. The Sydney Jacket and the zamora jogger pants. I like matching colors.
My online shopping experience exceeded my expectations! I reached out to customer service (Ava) via email before placing my order to get clarity on sizing for a Tall jumpsuit. The automated response said someone would get back to me within 48hrs-72hrs if I’m correct…not a problem. Imagine my surprise when I have an email back in less than 30 minutes! Ava went above and beyond the call of duty, answered my questions, and even included some links for jumpsuits that were Tall in size. This is customer service at its finest and I look forward to receiving my items!
Sizing is inconsistent. An XS bottom fits like a XXSmall but a small fits like a medium, this is absolutely crazy. The color is beautiful but get the sizing together for the bottoms because it should not be that inconsistent and bad
My shopping experience with FIGS was excellent. The website is easy to navigate, product information is clear, and checkout was quick and straightforward. I received order confirmation and tracking promptly, and my order arrived on time as expected. Overall, the entire purchasing process was smooth and hassle-free. I ordered pants only to receive something not mine, the email communication is very spotty. Then upon “replacement” I get an email saying they are not in stock. I pick another style then get a mail confirmation and the color is wrong “black sent vs Navy that was ordered” I email the company….crickets x2 days, in turn I call and they advise now the pair it picked is now “out of stock” and I’m have to wait approx a week or more… oh and I’m going to have to be the one to call to make sure they mail them out. The customer service is going down hill for sure, very frustrating
They are well praised and the most expensive Scrubs on the market! I ordered 3 sets on Thursday. Paid for 1 day (overnight) shipping. They make you download the Shop App in order to track. After downloading the Shop App. They don’t give you a tracking number at all. Instead, it is a picture of a little truck on a line. When ordering overnight or one day delivery it says that service is only available Monday through Friday. On that little shop app it says that it is expected by Monday. Since I ordered on Thursday and paid extra money for overnight delivery, why is it getting delivered on Monday? They should advertise that it’s not Monday through Friday for overnight. It’s only Monday through Wednesday. Very false advertising. I ordered these for my wife because she will never order them for herself because they’re so expensive. Without giving a tracking number. On top of that paying extra for overnight delivery. Just to have them delivered four days later. At least that’s what it says. Haven’t even received the product yet and not happy with them at all.
