WORST COMPANY EVER.
I ORDERED A WRONG SIZE SCRUB. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SUPPORT WHICH IS ALMOST AS USELESS AS NOTHING AS THEY WONT CANCEL DUE TO THEIR 1-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY AT THE TIME THE ORDER WAS PLACED. THEY WONT EVEN CHANGE THE SIZE -A VERY SIMPLY ADMINISTRATIVE TASK AND A CLICK OF A BUTTON... YET NO IS ALWAYS THE ANSWER,

At this time, we sadly aren’t able to make changes to orders once placed, and are unable to cancel orders past our 1-hour cancelation window. Since this order went through at TIME on DATE, we’re now outside of this window. It can be a double-edged sword with how quickly our warehouse team works!
In the future, please feel free to take advantage of our self-service cancellation feature. This way, you’ll be able to take action on your order within an hour of purchasing, even if this is placed outside of business hours!
