I ordered pants only to receive something not mine, the email communication is very spotty. Then upon “replacement” I get an email saying they are not in stock. I pick another style then get a mail confirmation and the color is wrong “black sent vs Navy that was ordered” I email the company….crickets x2 days, in turn I call and they advise now the pair it picked is now “out of stock” and I’m have to wait approx a week or more… oh and I’m going to have to be the one to call to make sure they mail them out. The customer service is going down hill for sure, very frustrating
