I ordered a leather jacket on 11/27. The jacket still has not arrived as of January 20. The last tracking info is on 12/22.Keep getting emails asking if the item has arrived but they don't do anything to resolve the issue.I have requested a refund multiple times and they tell me my request doesn't meet their policy for a refund.Company address is misleading as it gives a US address but company is out of China.I have filed a dispute with my credit card, BBB and Attorney Generals for both states involved.
