If I could rate this company it would be a zero. My mom sent my son a jacket from this company as a gift; First, the quality was no where near the price she paid and picture/description on their site. Second, it did not fit. You can tell it’s cheap Chinese sizing; as a men’s Large did not fit my 15 year old 140lb kid. 3. When I requested a refund they told me their policy does not allow refunds for wrong fit. When I emailed back a copy of their policy from their website showing that this was not true; they do refund but buyer has to pay shipping. They then told me shipping would be 68$ because they ship from/to Asia. So, long story short do not buy anything from this company. It’s crap quality and they will try to scam you.

I ordered what was marketed as a "sweater" which to me means that it has been knit or crocheted with yarn. The piece was over $80. It turned out that this "sweater" was a sweater-looking design PRINTED onto 100% polyester fabric. This was not even REMOTELY represented in the description and photos. When I applied for the return (I did read the small print that there is a 30 day return policy) I was told I could have 20% off my next purchase. I wouldn't buy from this company if I were naked in Alaska and needed covering.

In order for me to process a full 100% refund to your card, our policy requires that the product be sent back to our international processing center.

Shipping cost: International shipping of a jacket (with tracking) is expensive and, according to our terms, is the customer's responsibility.

Loss: Subtracting the shipping cost from the amount you will receive back, your "real" refund will be very small. In the end, you will be left without the money and without the product.

As a way to resolve this now, without you having to spend on shipping or deal with bureaucracy, I can offer you 30% store credit:

No additional costs: You spend nothing on international shipping.

You keep the product: You keep the jacket. Since it's new, you can sell it locally or on resale websites and recover the rest of your money. Liquidity: Adding the value you would receive from a quick sale to the 30% credit I'm offering, you recover your investment much more efficiently than paying for an international return.

Wear Folk is a "bait and switch" scam

Wear Folk is a "bait and switch" scam! Do not order from this company! First, the item I ordered (I should have looked at reviews first), took 3+ weeks to arrive. When finally delivered, it was not the product I ordered. It was a different jacket in a size that did not fit me. In trying to return the item, Wear Folk customer service as responded with "can't we just be positive and forget the entire matter." Paypal should not be associated with this company.

Total scam company

I should have read these reviews before I ordered from Wearfolk. The coat we received was nothing like the picture or what was described. We also got emails from a guy named Henrique about the late delivery. When I clicked send button onthe contact form to info@wearfolk it shows nothing was sent. Looks like I’m out $130. Total bullshit SCAM.

I would give zero stars if that was an…

I would give zero stars if that was an option. The item was ordered on December 25 and just came today. I had to put it out in my garage to air out because it was giving off noxious fumes- worse than new tire smell. This is hands down the worst online purchase I have ever made. It’s a complete misrepresentation. I would recommend you steer clear of this website if you don’t want to waste your money and time.

Actually a minus star by 5. It cracks me up how many of us had emails from Henrique! I had a whole bunch. Never received my coats. I contacted my bank credit card that I used and got my money refunded in like 2 days. Maybe he just should have named his scam business "Henrique"! All of my correspondence disappeared after I reported him.
