ITS A SCAM!!!!

ITS A SCAM!!!!They charge $97 and delivered a torn up, extremely poor quality jacket worse than anything I've ever purchased from the Dollar Store. I asked repeatedly for a refund but instead receive an email every couple of days trying to convince me to take "store credit" for clothes literally so garbage I cant even donate them to Goodwill.I purchased a hoodie as a Christmas gift on 12/16/2025 costing $97. It arrived on 1/2/2025 after someone named Henrique sent me no fewer than half a dozen emails apologizing for the product delivery being delayed - which was really weird since I never contacted Wearfolk after my purchase. I think they were just trying to stall purchasers until the charge cleared their credit card. What arrived on 1/2/2025 had a 2 inch tear near the zipper, had lose strings hanging in multiple places, no tag, no care instructions, and the quality of the material was so poor you could literally see through the holes in the sherpa fleece. I immediately contacted Henrique saying the hoodie was damaged and asked how I could return it for a refund. I called but no one answered. I looked up the company address ( 20600 NW 47th Ave, Miami Gardens, FL 33055) which turned out to be the location of a warehouse called Global Warehouse Solutions. It had nothing to do with Wearfolk. I checked the return address on my package. The sender was:Elowen2137 E Steel St Colton, CA I googled Elowen and checked the California Secretary of State site for Elowen. Nothing came up. I googled the address and it turned out to be the address for Trojan Storage - a self storage facility.TOTAL SCAM. Follow up: Its been roughly 6 days of back and forth with Henrique over email and they have yet to tell me what the process is for returning the jacket for a refund. Today I got a really long email making the case AGAIN for the 4th time why I should take "store credit" rather than return the jacket for a refund. THEY STILL WILL NOT TELL ME HOW TO RETURN IT.
