I placed my order on 12/10/25 and paid an additional $15 for 2-5 business days shipping. I expected it to arrive before Christmas, but today is 12/23/25 and I have heard nothing. I've reached out via email and left two messages with no response. I'm planning to request a refund from my credit card. I will not be ordering from here again.
