The order process and website are user-friendly. However, I ordered on December 8, 2025, and it wasn't processed or shipped until December 20, 2025, which is well beyond the estimated shipping time. They processed my order 11 days later, only after I inquired about cancellation due to delivery concerns for Christmas. I advise choosing expedited shipping if ordering ahead. The lack of transparency makes me reluctant to shop here again.
I ordered a shirt on December 5th for a family member for Christmas. Now it's December 23rd and the shirt still hasn't arrived. The original delivery date was December 16th, but it has been pushed back three times, and I have no idea when it will arrive. Communication has been awful; I've tried contacting them via email and phone without any response. I do not recommend this service.
