I placed an order on June 4th, believing it would arrive in time for a wedding 24 days later. As I am writing this review, my order has not even been shipped from its point of origin yet. I contacted Pact on June 26th, and asked for a cancellation and refund, because the occasion I needed the clothes for was two days away, and I realised I would never receive it in time, but they told me they were unable to do so, because, apparently, «when you press the order button it’s too late»… and -brw- UPS is on strike so that’s why the order is still not shipped…(would have been nice to get that info earlier…,) My current estimated delivery date is July 11th, but it will get here when it gets here.,, I guess. The moral of the story is: for people living in the US this company and clothes might be fantastic and awesome for all I know, and you might get the things you order on time. For me, living in Europe, it’s been a disappointment, and I would not recommend it -mainly because of the total lack of information, and because I’ve been waiting for a month on something I don’t know if or when I’ll receive.

We do organic. It’s all we’ve ever known and it is what separates us from the trend chasers and the half-hearted.
