Misleading company and dirty broken demanged items.

Adv online 15% off, website did not work and was not applied and they did not refound yet stating they cant refound.

Accc laws nsw au have milions taken back for misleading adv from compamy back to consumers so Pact is most def. Getting a legal process and investigations and lose Milions and give Back all money to Me and other custumers.

My time is 30 min $1500 and also above any pricing.

Waited for longer the promised, delivery partial and Faulty items. Broken package, not selaed old bags for clothes stinky clothes and bags and looked felt worn second hand no tags on clothes, i have evidences pics for all and rude custumer service majour fault not make sure delivery was correct when was already stated already in the order the instructions, not followed, they stated was already shipped and was not true was weekend and arriced 2 weeks after so all time was there. no trustworthy. Fake compnay, fluke, bunkrupt most likley or soon to be as fraud.

Exceptional customer service experience

I had one of the best interactions with customer service. Their responses were quick and helpful, leading to a solution for my initial inquiry in under two days! I also appreciate their commitment to the environment, which is reflected in their manufacturing practices and the suggested disposal/recycling methods for damaged items. The only reason I rated it 4 stars is that the leggings I received tore after the second wear, but the seller offered me the option of a replacement or a refund along with extra store credit. I would definitely purchase again, especially for lounge wear.

Beautiful fabric but sizing issues remain

The fabric is beautiful, but the sizing inconsistencies persist. I purchased two sets in size small, but the trouser lengths vary significantly—one is 26 inches while the other is 31 inches. Clearly, one is far too long. Additionally, the return fee of £16 seems excessive, and since they don't offer exchanges, I would also have to pay for re-delivery. This approach seems unreasonable given the sizing discrepancies.

Lovely fabric but sizing and returns are problematic

The fabric is lovely, but the sizing is extremely inconsistent. I ordered two sets in size small and the trouser lengths differ drastically—one is 26 inches while the other is 31 inches. Clearly, one is much too long. The return fee is £16, which seems unreasonable, and they don't offer exchanges, so I'd have to pay for re-delivery too, which feels unfair given their inconsistent sizing.

Comfortable but quality concerns

I ordered about three weeks ago. The items are very comfortable and I love the organic cotton. However, my leggings are already coming apart at the seam, which is disappointing considering the price I paid.

Late order with no support

I ordered travel clothes with a promised delivery date, but it is now four days past that date and I have received no shipping updates. I've emailed multiple times but only received automated replies. I made this purchase before a trip, and now I'll be traveling without my order. The automated responses refuse to cancel, refund, or reroute my shipment. If it arrives late, there's no one to receive it for a return, leaving me in a tough spot. This is highly unprofessional.

Challenging return process

Returning items has been a nightmare. I'm in New Zealand, and returning two pieces will cost me $70. The only return shipping option requires a two-hour drive to drop off the package. When I asked for alternatives, I received no response. I'm returning overpriced sweatpants that are of mediocre quality.

Frustrating ordering experience

The ordering process was tedious and frustrating. My package was delivered to the wrong address, and when I filed a claim, it was a struggle to get anyone from customer service to respond. They ignored my messages, and when I reached out publicly, they falsely claimed to have responded. They even suggested I dispute the charge with my bank, which is unusual. I would recommend avoiding this brand. I'll update my review if they provide any help.
