What made this experience great was that they kindly explained why they were unable to meet my request, however they ask shared that it didn't hurt to ask so they further investigated the situation for me. Upon doing so, they discovered they were able to not necessarily meet my full request but that they were happy to offer me Pact Cash for my next purchase.
