I had never used WeatherPromise before. I decided to purchase the policy before we went on our vacation. As it turned out, it did rain for most of our trip. I was contacted by WeatherPromise and told that my refund would be coming. The refund procedure was a little tricky for me because it involved using a program called Stripe of which I was unfamiliar with. I contacted Tobias from WeatherPromise and he worked with me until I felt comfortable with compliance. I was refunded within two days. This is a great program. It works beautifully despite my hesitation. And the personnel involved in the process are fabulous at response to emails and messages. Highly recommend.
