I purchased new front mats for my vehicle on October 11 and received them shortly afterward. I used them until October 24 when I was involved in a no-fault accident that totaled my car, damaging everything, including the mats. After dealing with surgeries and an insurance claim, I finally got a new car this past weekend, December 11. I called today to see if I could submit proof of my accident and photos to request a replacement since I spent $140 and used them for less than two weeks. The customer service representative simply said, 'No,' and wouldn't even give me an email address for further contact. I usually don’t write reviews, but that interaction really upset me, and I will not consider this service again.
