I have bought many products from WT before. Yes, over priced but the quality has been good. However, just installed mud flaps for my 2023 Subaru. The back wheels are poorly designed. However, I do think I rec'd a returned product as the box appeared not to be in the best shape. Lastly, hardware was missing. I had the washers needed to complete the install. A little disappointed.

I bought Hyundai Tucson All-Weather Floor Mats in December. The driver and rear mats were fine, the front passenger does not fit. It leaves a full inch on the left uncovered, and the alignment to the secure clips on the vehicle is totally misaligned. I sent this concern to Weathertech looking for a new fitted front passenger mat. They responded immediately asking if the mats were ordered for my make and model. I responded yes - then crickets - nothing, no response, no follow-up, no answering any additional emails - just nothing. Frankly, either they flat out lie about the custom fitting to your cars make and model, or they have a severe quality assurance process. Either way, their customer service is non-existent

A costly error with disappointing quality.

This has turned out to be one of my priciest mistakes recently. It looks like a cheap plastic item. It started to stain as soon as I stepped on it. The warped plastic isn't improving with time or heat; it just gets worse. I ended up purchasing a set of custom-fit rubber mats that look and feel significantly better, and they cost a fraction of the price. Just another case of misleading branding.

Long-time users disappointed with recent order

We have been using seat covers and floor mats from this company since 1990. We ordered two back seat covers for our vehicles on December 20, ensuring we selected the correct models and years. Unfortunately, we faced several issues with the delivery; items that were supposedly in stock turned out to be back ordered. The tracking indicated both items had shipped, but we only received one. When I contacted the support team, they couldn't locate the order number. They found a record under my name but claimed only one item was ordered. Then they stated both had shipped, and later that the other was in transit.
When the rear seat cover for the first vehicle arrived, it was excessively large. We returned it, and about a week later, we received THREE seat covers—two tan and one grey—all with the same model number. We tried each rear seat cover, but again, they were too big and did not accommodate the seat belts or the rear consoles.
Their website confirms that they shipped us two items. We suspect that the company is now sending aftermarket universal generic seat covers that are of poor quality, far from what we used to expect. They should be embarrassed. The only positive aspect was the ease of returning the items. If I could rate it with zero stars, I would.

Disappointing support after a tough situation

I bought new front mats for my vehicle on October 11 and received them shortly after. I used them until October 24 when I was involved in a no-fault accident that totaled my car, damaging everything, including the mats. After dealing with surgeries and an insurance claim, I finally got a new car this past weekend, December 11. I called today to see if I could submit proof of my accident and photos to request a replacement, as I spent $140 and used them for less than two weeks. The customer service representative simply replied, 'No,' and wouldn't even provide an email address for further communication. I rarely write reviews, but that interaction frustrated me, and I will not be considering this service again.

Disappointing first order experience

As a new customer, I placed my first order on December 14, 2025. Now I'm being told it won't arrive until December 15, 2025. They mentioned, 'We are currently waiting on your products to arrive from manufacturing. We expect delivery within 2 to 4 weeks, and we will process your payment when the part arrives, at which point you will receive tracking information.' I paid via PayPal, and the full amount has already been charged! This is not how business should operate in 2026! I would have thought twice about ordering if I knew there would be a 3-week delay. Who knows how long this will actually take now? They did allow me to cancel the order. I will provide an update once I receive the PayPal credit.

Mats don't fit properly

The mats do not fit correctly. Perhaps consider purchasing a better product. When I requested a refund, they informed me that no refunds are allowed!

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. The night staff seem unprofessional, often lying and appearing to do nothing throughout their shift.
