We cancelled our policy, a website used for art many months ago and we have still been charged. My mother who is an elderly woman, does not have much funds and you have taken three hundred pound out without our approval. We shall be contacting our banking team, along with Citizens Advice Bureau to further escalate these charges.
For other users, beware of this situation, as we would not want this to happen to you, customer service was completely lacking in our situation.
Webador, you should be ashamed to let this happen to your customers, we shall not be recommending this website builder to any of our family and friends.
