couple days ago I needed to login to the editor to change things on my website, and it took me to a hacked page with virus prompts. I closed the browser, rebooted my mac, and waited for sometime before I finally was able to get access to my webador editor. I am starting to feel concerned that your services/servers are vulnerable to viruses and hacking, and that means losing all the hard work I put into creating my website!
Webador is is a really good website creating playground. I love the AI tools and the ease of integrating my links. I didn't find anything to be too difficult and my Webador email is set up too. My site is running just fine and I did it myself. I believe Webador is the start of something BIGGER!
I am not experienced at building a website and I am having problems getting the buttons to work and loading my music onto my website. I think a slow to moderate paced tutorial and written explanation (transcript) might be helpful.
for a second day can not get an answer on how to substitute a domain from one thats not working to the one that does. If I add another domain, then I need to pay. Is that what you want me to do and therefore not responding??
This is my second review, and I’m really disappointed. I’ve never utilized the service because when I created the free account and sought assistance five months ago, I couldn’t reach anyone. Since then, I’ve been charged 13 pounds a month for nothing. I can't get in touch with their support because I don't have a domain name. It’s absurd and feels like a scam.
Caution: I signed up and immediately regretted my decision. The only communication option is a bot, and responses to emails are delayed. There is no cooling-off period, and your domain will be locked for 60 days. Their advertisement will appear at the bottom of your page unless you pay for an upgrade. It’s advisable to choose a more reliable option, as other services offer significantly better support.
Creating a website with this service was a complete failure! I lost access to my emails after changing my domain registrar and had to seek help from someone overseas to resolve the issue. The customer support was non-existent, leading me to find alternatives. By the time they finally responded days later, I had already fixed the issue with another provider. I do not recommend!
The platform is quite user-friendly. I managed to create my entire website and incorporate codes for a gaming platform. It was relatively straightforward, and since I have no prior experience, I'm pleased with the nice website I developed.
I canceled this a long time ago, yet they continue attempting to charge me. I have numerous emails confirming they would stop charging me, and now they have taken my money for another year of subscription without my consent, despite the cancellation. This is outrageous! I have emailed them and will see how long it takes for someone to respond. Unacceptable!
I had an excellent experience with the quick and precise generation of content. Modifying and changing the content was straightforward, and establishing connections and add-ons was a breeze. This was especially impressive for me as I’m not very tech-savvy, yet I enjoyed the process of setting up the website. However, I do wish the prices weren't increasing.
