I loved them when I first completed my site. It was very reasonable priced. Then I decided to change my business name and couldn't get the right help. I didn't realize that I had a card for an automatic deposit, I wanted to cancel a site. I opened the 1st in March and the2nd in November. I paid for the year in November and they charged me a year again 4 months later dating the second website for March. I sent proof and they kept saying that they did not get the pdf attachments which were still showing when they responded. They will not call. They will only respond by email. I only have then right now because I paid for the year. I actually paid for the year 2x for the webpage I have. Along with a 120 something fee that I was notified of after I paid for the year service. I think the fact that it was easy to set up was definitely not worth the horrible customer service and I will be taking by business elsewhere once my subscription is complete.
