I am extremely disappointed with this service. I cancelled my subscription in advance, yet they continued to withdraw money from my account without my consent.
This is completely unacceptable and feels dishonest. I did not use the service after cancellation, and I am still being charged.
I have requested a refund, but this situation should never have happened in the first place. I do not recommend this service at all. Be very careful before signing up.
