Trying to upgrade my current package, yoh, you're going to wait for a minimum of an hour just to get hold of an agent to help you. When you finally get the agent, you're going to take another hour explaining your situation because their response time is extremely poor. And the results?? Well I've requested for an upgrade a week ago and they said it would take 3 days, it's been more than that. Disappointing service!! Customer service is poor!!
