I ordered a modem and fully paid R249 they delivered, the next day they said it's all set all my lights are on yet I don't internet.... I have been trying to get help for the past 4 days.
Been asked to be patient waited for 3 days just to talk to an agent on fucken WhatsApp and yet still ne internet.
I'm cancelling it on Monday I've wasted my R249 for nothing.
Paid for something that I cannot use.
You can't get hep.
Webafrica is the poor and SCAM.
If I do get internet by Tuesday they can come collect their useless modem I'm tired.

This is the POORSEST SERVICE PROVIDER

I wanted to use your services, I had already made payment for installation/activation. The guys were quick in arriving (The next day after payment was made) but on their arrival they told me the line in my area is full and they cannot help. I was told i would get a refund. Its been 3 days now and i have not heard from your team. Instead, i got an email saying the activation was successful, even got a username and password. I understand there could've been a communication problem between the installation guys and your team, but im not getting any assistance from your customer support team. Calls don't go through, the live chat takes forever to locate an agent, same with the WhatsApp.

This has to be THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. And I am leaving a comment in hopes that my matter can be attended to.

Trying to upgrade my current package, yoh, you're going to wait for a minimum of an hour just to get hold of an agent to help you. When you finally get the agent, you're going to take another hour explaining your situation because their response time is extremely poor. And the results?? Well I've requested for an upgrade a week ago and they said it would take 3 days, it's been more than that. Disappointing service!! Customer service is poor!!

I took a 30 up and 30 down package for R399, the promotion said it is for 2 months, December and January. We moved, the first payment was R399 with the moving cost, that I paid in December. January I paid R499. I just got an email today that said 1 March it is going up with R40. I send a mail today, before that, i spoke to 5 different agents, nobody can explain to me why I did not pay the promotion price the second month and why in a fraction of not yet 3 months my payment are going up again. Each and every time they put me to somebody new and then i must explain myself over and over again.
I don't know, maybe I am wrong, but how would I know, because nobody can help me.

Wifi might be fine, but only if you ever manage to get in touch with their customer service to activate it. If anything goes wrong good luck ever getting it fixed, it would be less painful to throw yourself out a 4th floor window than try to get is sorted. I have never experienced such atrocious customer service in my life. It has taken an entire day (8 solid hours) to get one response on their whatsapp line. It took weeks to fix a fault and the company I worked for was without internet for more than a month due to the complete lack of action from webafrica.

100/10 would not recommend.

Completely disappointed with the service.

This feels like a scam. Our order has been in "Authorising" status since December. Whenever I attempt to contact an agent through messaging or email, they are never available. To the management of the company, your service is unacceptable, and we demand a refund.

A Great Experience After Initial Frustrations

After struggling for three days to connect and change my password, with numerous agents not responding, I finally found an agent who truly helped me. This representative was incredibly patient and supportive, guiding me through the process step by step. My internet is now restored, and this agent really brightened my day!
