I wanted to use your services, I had already made payment for installation/activation. The guys were quick in arriving (The next day after payment was made) but on their arrival they told me the line in my area is full and they cannot help. I was told i would get a refund. Its been 3 days now and i have not heard from your team. Instead, i got an email saying the activation was successful, even got a username and password. I understand there could've been a communication problem between the installation guys and your team, but im not getting any assistance from your customer support team. Calls don't go through, the live chat takes forever to locate an agent, same with the WhatsApp.
This has to be THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. And I am leaving a comment in hopes that my matter can be attended to.
