I made a payment on the 3rd of December for my services to be activated for the month of December on a reference that they provided me with only to tell me the reference is wrong they will escalate it for payment allocation today is the 3rd of January still my services is not active they send me an email for new wifi everyday they escalate it with no feedback. This company is ridiculous really how can a payment allocation take a whole month and they want to install a new wifi every agent I get asks the same question nad have to explain to the agent the same thing over and over first it was with vumatel and then I contacted them and they said they don't deal with payments and now it was for payfast that they waited now it is for their finance department that they are waiting. I explained to them they need to take the one off my name they explained it is just one but when I made payment it was for new services.Their turn around time is whole month 48 hours but nothing gets done.😡
