Review Time
I made a payment on the 3rd of December for my services to be activated that month, using a reference they provided. However, I was later informed that the reference was incorrect, and they would escalate the issue for payment allocation. Now, on the 3rd of January, my services are still inactive. They keep sending me emails about new Wi-Fi, but there's no feedback after numerous escalations. This situation is absurd; how can it take a whole month to allocate a payment? Every agent I speak to asks the same questions, and I find myself explaining the situation repeatedly. Initially, it involved one provider, but after contacting them, I learned they don't handle payments. Now, it appears to be a waiting game with another department. I clarified that they need to remove one of the charges, but they insist it's just one, despite my payment being for new services. Their turnaround time is supposedly 48 hours, yet nothing gets resolved. 😡

This company is ridiculous really how can a payment allocation take a whole month and they want to install a new wifi every agent I get asks the same question nad have to explain to the agent the same thing over and over first it was with vumatel and then I contacted them and they said they don't deal with payments and now it was for payfast that they waited now it is for their finance department that they are waiting. I explained to them they need to take the one off my name they explained it is just one but when I made payment it was for new services.Their turn around time is whole month 48 hours but nothing gets done.😡
Webafrica will try their best to keep you on board when you find a better deal, only a WhatsApp platform to engage with clients, cancellation is a nightmare, they put a free to use router on your account and it's listed under hardware,I have never received any router from them ,my old fiber router I received from Telkom was activated and that's it.now upon cancellation they want the router or pay R999.
WebAfrica worst company to deal with , For months already I've been complaining about network issues, and have requested that a technical person come and have a look at the issue, with no response. It's like you've gone out of your way not to assist me, yet you expect payment promptly every month.no personal touch please think twice before using them.

Worst flippen service from webafrica!!! Changed from another ISP to them, supposed to start from 1 April...it's now the 7th and still no wifi!!!! No one to contact, all u have is this stupid WhatsApp chat bot that is damn useless
