Siseko M. assisted me today, He/She tried very hard and answered all my questions as best they could, but it took a very, very long time as the webafrica system was so slow and they had to keep apologizing for taking so long to reply to the questions when they needed to look on the system in order to answer the question. I would recommend WebAfrica looks into the speed of their systems as with them being so slow, it means they process less whatsapp calls and waste the time not only of the customer having to hold for such a long time but also their agents who have to keep apologizing for the long wait.
