I made a payment on the 3rd of December for my services to be activated that month, using a reference they provided. However, I was later informed that the reference was incorrect, and they would escalate the issue for payment allocation. Now, on the 3rd of January, my services are still inactive. They keep sending me emails about new Wi-Fi, but there's no feedback after numerous escalations. This situation is absurd; how can it take a whole month to allocate a payment? Every agent I speak to asks the same questions, and I find myself explaining the situation repeatedly. Initially, it involved one provider, but after contacting them, I learned they don't handle payments. Now, it appears to be a waiting game with another department. I clarified that they need to remove one of the charges, but they insist it's just one, despite my payment being for new services. Their turnaround time is supposedly 48 hours, yet nothing gets resolved. 😡
