I ordered some Lemax products and they didn’t arrive in boxes. They came in bubble wrap. I then had asked why, it didn’t say anything on the website that they wouldn’t come and I don’t want to damage them. I asked if I could have a refund and send back, they said yes but I need to pay for it to be sent back.Update - Hi Webbs, thank you for your response. I’ve just checked your website and noticed that the older dens don’t mention anything about the box, while the newer dens include the note: “Please note: the Elf Lane range does not come in a retail box.”I’d also like to mention that I don’t feel I should have had to pay for the return shipping. I explained that the item didn’t arrive in the way I’ve always seen it presented—every shop I’ve visited has them displayed in the box—so this was unexpected.
