Purchased a motorhome from Webbs in December 2024. It had some rectification work needed prior to collection that was agreed. Not all work was carried out and it was given back to Webbs to resolve, this ended up in Webbs having to send the motorhome to the main Peugeot dealer to resolve the initial problem. The motorhome was delivered back to me and again not all problems were resolved.It was agreed with Webbs mutually to refund my purchase which was very good. When I returned the motorhome (at my cost) they said "if anything comes in that you like, just let us know". I left this amicably and very happy in light of the situation. Fast forward a few months and they had a new motorhome for sale. I enquired as I wanted the motorhome but to have a few additions to be added on - I was informed that they could not sell me another motorhome due to company policy, in that I had rejected (Amicably) a previous motorhome. I raised this with there sales manager, as this was quiet shocking and the tone of email sent, and it was confirmed they did not want to sell me a motorhome.
