We bought a motorhome from webbs and we where looked after by Steven archer ,he was very helpful and very informative.he said take your time and we chose one we liked he said they would valet it and MOT and service it and it would be ready in two weeks. Unfortunately three days before we were picking it up I broke my ankle so I told Steven and he said don't worry we will keep it here until you are able to drive . Eight weeks later we went to collect it and the lady in the office kindly picked us up from the train station. We got it home but had a few minor issues but we live 220 miles away but the lads in the service department Danny and Greg sorted it all out and they were very helpful.l cannot praise Webb's and the staff enough especially Steven Archer .thank you from Tony and Sue.

This was our first motorhome purchase . Steve our sales advisor was very informative without pressure selling . We were allowed plenty of time to view the motorhome , we had arranged to see. He pointed out all the features of the motorhome and answered all our questions clearly and concisely. We decided to purchase the motorhome and Steve took us through the necessary paperwork and made the whole process seamless. We were introduced to the shop adviser who again was very helpful . When we returned to pick up the motorhome the handover was made easily and we were given very helpful advise when making our initial purchases in the accessory shop. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and we would recommend Webbs .
We approached Webbs directly with a view to them purchasing our Motorhome and agreed a fair price. Guy and Robin (who collected our van from Scotland) were brilliant to deal with. If someone is looking for a beautiful A-class I’m sure it will be pride of place on their forecourt soon - hopefully you enjoy it as much as we have. We purchased our motor home in the winter of 2025 from Webbs and Steven made the whole experience a pleasure from start to finish. No pressure to buy, plenty of sensible advice and Webbs kindly stored it for us over the Xmas period, until we could collect in Jan 2026. Ashley in the Webbs accessory store was also super helpful, so they are well worth a visit! We would thoroughly recommend.
Great experience buying a Motorhome from Steven @ Webbs. We visited several times as this was our first Motorhome purchase. Help was available if needed but we were left to look round for as long as we wanted.Motorhomes were available to view at any time with no appointment needed so it meant we could go back as often as we wanted and not feel pressed to buy as you might if you had to go at a specific.Great service all round.

We were left to look at the vehicles ourselves without any pressure sales approach which was perfect.
