Do not sell to this company or even let your van out of your site when selling it. I was purchasing a brand new van from my local dealer and these guys gave us an offer which I took. I took a 7.5k loss but as it was a trader I understood. They asked if they could have my van early while I wasn’t using it and it was only a week or so for my new van to be ready. I agreed. Webbs collected my old van but then 2 days later told me it was full of damp and they wanted to take off another 4K. They sent me a video and yes it is slightly damp but not 4K worth. I said no to this and asked for the van to be returned. On return, there is the little bedroom clock which is missing and they have pulled the sticky tape off the wall and left damage. They have pulled a trim off above the drivers head which is missing. I have spoken to the dealer I organised the sale through and after several weeks of waiting I have heard nothing. I was being nice to let them have the van early for them to damage my van and not own up to it and fix it. Avoid selling your second hand van to this company.
