I bought the VPS and paid for it. However, it got an unpaid status because of a KYC pending issue. The second time I bought, I didn’t even wait for a refund. I was in a hurry and the same happened. I paid through UPI and got an unpaid status. This is the best company ever. They’re scammers! I tried calling customer care, but they didn’t even pick up.
