It was not exactly your fault but the box my contacts came in was crushed. Many of the internal packs of contacts bursted and the packages were stuck together. Very disappointed I contacted your company by email with pictures. Very disappointed. I cannot believe the postal service saw such damage to the outer container and continue to ship it to me.
