Walking back my earlier review. They still have a ways to go to improve service and ability to contact but I had a nice call from the CS manager today. I feel confident that my order will be corrected. I provided my brutally honest feed back and felt I was heard, not just glad handed.
Just received my contact lens order and all 6 boxes were incorrect and not matching submitted subscription. As others have mentioned, chat is not live and customer service is not 24/7 as advertised on their web. After trying chat, I called CS and was told to expect an email as they would forward my concerns to their exchange/returns dept. I did not received an email same day so called again today and was told the same - after asking timeline expectation on receiving email and grousing, was out on hold for 13 min. CS came back on the line to tell me she couldn’t reach the returns/exchange team but would AGAIN, send email and expedite. Absolutely horrible CS. Sounds like it’s outsourced.

Placed an order a week ago. emailed to find out when it's shipping. no response. called & after 10 minutes they say it'll ship 1 month to the day I ordered. there is nothing on the website indicating, such. i was also told that it would have showed when I added the items to my cart that it was going to take such a lengthy amount of time &/or the items stock status. neither pieces of information popped up upon order. i asked for my item to be canceled as I will be going elsewhere. *I probably used my other email then when I emailed you. Amazing 1800 contacts was able to use my insurance & got me a credit of $105 plus their 20% on top of the insurance.
I received a wrong order. Opened the box and it had different contacts in it and not what I ordered. I would not mind trying a different brand if the box contained the pack that I paid for and correct measurements. However, not only got the wrong brand, but also a 6 pack instead of a 12 pack and with incorrect measurements:( I was told that their team will reach out to me, but so far no one’s been helpful in any way. What disappoints me the most is that I paid an additional $14 for expedited shipping.
