Walking back my earlier review. They still have a ways to go to improve service and ability to contact but I had a nice call from the CS manager today. I feel confident that my order will be corrected. I provided my brutally honest feed back and felt I was heard, not just glad handed. Just received my contact lens order and all 6 boxes were incorrect and not matching submitted subscription. As others have mentioned, chat is not live and customer service is not 24/7 as advertised on their web. After trying chat, I called CS and was told to expect an email as they would forward my concerns to their exchange/returns dept. I did not received an email same day so called again today and was told the same - after asking timeline expectation on receiving email and grousing, was out on hold for 13 min. CS came back on the line to tell me she couldn’t reach the returns/exchange team but would AGAIN, send email and expedite. Absolutely horrible CS. Sounds like it’s outsourced.
