I returned my contacts 8 weeks ago. They confirmed my return. And still have not processed my refund. Their policy is to refund in 2-4 weeks. I've called and emailed numerous times and they just tell me they're "getting to it.". I've lost faith this will happen and now they've just stolen my money. UPDATE: After I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau I received my refund. That was a complete headache.
