My experience with Webkul has been unacceptable, and my warning to others is very clear: do not pay any advance payments. We paid in full on the basis of supposed “milestones.” After that, the delivery did not materialise. Instead, it became a pattern of delay after delay, with excuse after excuse from their side as to why the work was not completed. Each time there was a new reason. Meanwhile the product remained unfinished. They were fully aware we were tied to a deadline. They still did not meet it. If you are choosing a vendor because timing matters, this is the last outcome you can afford. This did not feel like a normal project that simply ran late. It raised serious concerns about honesty and good faith, because payment was taken while completion was repeatedly promised and repeatedly not delivered.Be cautious with the review responses as well. The replies look standard and formulaic, rather than addressing the substance. Based on my experience, they know exactly what they are doing and they are comfortable pushing customers past the point where it becomes difficult to recover money. If you are considering Webkul: protect yourself. Do not fund them upfront. Only pay when you have the finished, working product in hand.We are pursuing local filings in India, including a cheating complaint under Section 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (successor to the old Section 420 IPC).
