I purchased the Fluent-view Layouts license, and I couldn't get it to work. I reached out to support several times and even worked with the bot with no success, After getting nowhere with a live agent, I requested to speak with a supervisor or someone else that could help and got no help. Finally, on the same day, I asked for a refund as I never had the use of the product and cannot benefit from it, and the product license is unactivated. They have me in a loop where they are requesting a code that they never provided in order to submit an official request for a refund, and I am supposed to be waiting for someone to contact me which has not happened. The live chat is directing me to an email, and when I follow the instructions in the email they are redirecting me back to the live chat. I troubleshoot all day, every day. This is not that. My conclusion is that they know their product is faulty and hope people will get weary of their games and leave them with the funds. Buyer Beware!!!
