I placed an order on November 29th, and now, after 15 days, there has been no change. When I reached out to the support team, they mentioned the usual, saying they would try to expedite things. I cannot recommend this service to anyone due to ineffective support and what seems to be a staffing issue as they cannot keep up with orders. If I ever receive this order, it will certainly be my last purchase.
