I placed an order on November 29th, and after 15 days, there has been no update. When I contacted the support team, they provided the usual response, stating they would try to expedite the process. I cannot recommend this service; the support is ineffective, and there appears to be a staffing issue as they cannot manage their orders. If I ever receive this order, it will definitely be my last purchase.

I used to be a big fan of this service until my last two orders. Both have been delayed to the point of never being delivered. I thought one delay might not be the company's fault, so I reached out to them. They were very unhelpful, although I was offered a refund after a month. When my second order was also delayed, I realized something must have changed at the company, and quality control seems to be nonexistent. I would not recommend them based on their current customer service. It’s unfortunate because they used to provide helpful service, but if I can't receive my order, I have to give them 1 star.
I am still waiting for my package. What good is a response from the service when I still don’t have the product I paid for? They say, 'we are checking logistics.' They shipped quickly from overseas, but whoever manages the transition to local delivery is clearly not competent. As of now, I would not recommend purchasing from this service unless you are willing to risk whether your order will arrive.
This service offers excellent value for the price. I exclusively use this site for ordering bricks. The only downside is that the website is often slow and has bugs, making ordering sometimes tedious, which is unfortunate considering the rest of the service (delivery and product) is great.
