I engaged the service based on commitments made by a representative, including a guarantee of a refund if results were not achieved (no questions asked). I adhered to all guidelines, yet the system failed to deliver as promised. The marketing materials were subpar, of very low quality, and the scripts were excessively aggressive and misaligned with my brand. When I expressed my concerns about the outcomes, the representative reacted rudely and disrespectfully, using inaccurate information and essentially attacking me during a group meeting. Subsequent support was more about defending the team and shifting blame onto me rather than addressing the issues. The cancellation process was unclear, and I ended up being charged for several extra months because I wasn't informed that I needed to cancel platform access separately. What I received was not worth the $5,600 investment, plus the required advertising costs. My experience did not align with the assurances given at all. If you're considering working with them, I recommend you reconsider.
I typically avoid writing reviews, even after a negative encounter, as I try to remain understanding, thinking that perhaps the individual was just having a rough day. However, that is certainly not the case here. This service is aggressive, insistent, and shows no regard for your opinions. They refuse to accept “no” as an answer, reminiscent of a pushy car salesman determined to close a deal at any cost. After signing up, I immediately felt a sense of dread. I expressed my concerns about potentially making a poor choice, especially since I was unwell during my third pregnancy. I even broke down in tears to the owner, feeling overwhelmed with buyer’s remorse, but he dismissed my worries, claiming it was no big deal. He assured me that if I didn’t recoup my investment, he would refund me without any hassle—over $5,000, mind you. They make commitments they cannot uphold—my results were dismal, the cost per lead was exorbitant, and I had to repeatedly request adjustments. They “guarantee” that you will recover your investment or receive a full refund, “no questions asked.” In reality, they won’t refund a single cent; instead, they will insist that you need to allow more time due to a “slow start” or claim that you didn’t adhere to the contract. The owner even states in one of their training videos that you won’t win against their legal team. They have all their bases covered. I regret not trusting my instincts and declining their offer, but I was simply too eager for my business to thrive.
