I hired this company to work on a project and although there were some small hiccups, I appreciate the dedication that was eventually pursued. This website is important to me for my first business I ever started in my life, and I'm glad that the final product will look professional for my customers.
Adam Jacob and Rodney at Website Design innovation are absolutely outstanding. The website created was very professional looking. Their customer service is outstanding, however the website maintenance for someone like me who does not understand anything about websites is a bit challenging. However, I called Adam and he was so fast to help me. I absolutely will use them again and also refer them to my own clients.

I was informed that I needed to obtain hosting services, which entailed a significant additional cost that I had not anticipated. I believe it would have been more appropriate for them to have mentioned this requirement at the outset. Nevertheless, apart from this concern, they performed exceptionally well, and this was my sole reservation.
