Ugh, I was hoping it wouldn't come to this. I ordered a website, which, from the beginning, I knew needed to cost more than their starting price, so I agreed to pay $2000 even tho Zayn showed me more complex sites built for $1500. The mocks they wanted to me to agree to were so far from the intention- I could not continue. Then I went to lovable- and mocked an example for them to follow- still terrible. So I asked for my refund as advertised. They asked me if Rick Sanchez could now help me... so I gave them another shot- still poor. So I requested a refund, and even lowered the refund amount as a good faith to their efforts. Those refund conversations, which I have all of them via email- started in early August... it's not late October- and now I'm getting no replies. Sad. Disheartening. Buyer Beware.
