I'm sharing this review to caution others about my experience with a website development service. In my view, this company operates in a deceptive and misleading way. Right from the start, the individuals who reached out to me used various names. One person identified as “Eric Young,” then later as “Thomas Dave,” and subsequently as “Kevin Johnson,” all with the same voice and tone. This inconsistency raised significant red flags. They also avoided showing their faces in any virtual meetings, opting for audio-only calls, which is unusual for a legitimate service. Another major concern was the pressure to pay excessive additional fees just two weeks after signing the contract. None of these extra charges were clarified upfront. I had already paid the initial amount of $2,000 for the website, and suddenly they demanded much more money. This last-minute push for unexpected payments is a classic warning sign. When I asked for a refund, they repeatedly promised it but never followed through. More than three months later, I have received nothing. Instead, they kept requesting my personal bank account details for a wire transfer—information that no customer should need to provide to get a refund. When I asked for a refund by check, which any legitimate company should be able to issue, they claimed their company “does not have checks.” After that, they completely stopped responding to my calls and emails. There has been no refund, no accountability, and no transparency. Based on my experience, this seems to be a scam operation using fake identities and addresses, audio-only calls, and unexpected payment requests to take money from customers. I am sharing this review to help protect others. I strongly believe that authorities should investigate companies that conceal their identity, pressure customers for extra payments, and fail to return funds.
