A single star is too generous; I was defrauded of $1,000. They claimed to be affiliated with a well-known platform, so I signed up using my card and was redirected to another site. When I inquired about this, they denied any connection. It was clear they were scamming me. I contacted my card issuer to dispute the charge, but even after July 25, 2025, I still haven't received my refund. They sided with the vendor who has ceased operations. They never assisted me in publishing my book and just took my money. This situation is infuriating, and I'm left wondering if anything will ever come of it, especially since they continue their deceitful practices online. I feel for all those who have been exploited. Where is the fraud department when you need them?
