After signing up with my card, I was redirected to a different site. When I inquired about the switch, they denied any connection to the original platform. It was clear they were dishonest from the start. I contacted my card provider to dispute the charge, but despite my efforts, I still haven’t received a refund as of July 25, 2025. The provider sided with the vendor, who has since ceased operations. They never assisted me in publishing my book. They simply took my money and seem to be thriving while I’m left frustrated. It’s disheartening to see this type of fraud occurring online, especially with the misuse of technology. I empathize with others who have fallen victim. Where is the dedicated department for reporting such scams?

Everyone should be cautious about the service offered by this website. Initially, they seem professional, creating an appealing site, but that’s when the trouble begins. Shortly after launching my site, they took it offline and demanded more money to restore it. After investing $3,500, I reluctantly paid an extra $1,500 to get my site back up. They then repeated the same tactics, extorting even more money. The threats became constant, including intimidation and demands for payment. When they realized I wouldn’t pay any further, they took my site down entirely. I lost my entire investment. Please, avoid this service at all costs; it’s a complete scam.
I fell victim to a scam totaling over $10,000. What began as a $650 project spiraled into a massive fraud. They promised a full money-back guarantee but refused to honor it. They even attempted to extort an additional $6,000 under the guise of another guarantee. These individuals are skilled deceivers, and I have lodged a complaint with the appropriate authorities.
We have been dealing with these fraudsters since September 2023. They continuously fabricate reasons to extract more money from us. We’ve lost over $4,000. Now they’ve even placed a false banner on our site claiming our copyright has expired. A quick Google search reveals that copyrights do not expire in this manner, yet they refuse to remove the banner. They claim it was placed by the hosting company, but we hired them for hosting. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THESE SCAMMERS!
Be warned! They start with a low price for website creation but keep adding costs. It has been six months with no site built, yet my card has unauthorized charges totaling $4,000. They even contacted me to remove my negative review in exchange for a 'promotion' that still involved additional fees. Their operation resembles a scam with fake identities and no legitimate business presence. Please stay away!
Do NOT use this service. They initially quoted $2,000 for website development, then demanded an additional $1,200 for hosting. Despite signing a contract that promised a full refund if I was unsatisfied before delivery, communication issues arose. After two months of frustration, I decided to terminate the process. They employed intimidation tactics, offering me only a partial refund under duress. After several attempts to reclaim my funds, I have received no response. I strongly advise against engaging with this company.
Absolutely do not engage with this service! I paid all required fees, including multiple installments. When I sought a refund due to unresolved issues, they denied my request, claiming the site was live. Communication has been frustrating, and they continue to demand more money while I remain unsatisfied with their service. I can’t access my site without their permission. This experience has been a disappointment, and I cannot recommend them to anyone.
