This service imposes a restocking fee of 20% to 30% on returns, even if the item is unsuitable and despite being a loyal customer. I will not purchase from this service again. Who still charges a restocking fee these days? They have lost my business for good. UPDATE: They offered a weak justification about maintaining low prices. What about customer goodwill and doing the right thing? Disappointing.
