This company needs to stop selling products that their stores are unable to test. Also stores that lie that their PC doesnt work or have 0 technical knowledge.
There also needs to be a better way to know which stores can test certain products.
When buying a PC item online and unable to take it to a local store to return you then have to send it via post then wait 2 weeks for it to be tested then another week to get your money back.
Further to this it is well known that CEX stores don't always test products so now I have to hope my return that I never used actually works otherwise it's another trip down the legal route.
