I have to say your customer service has been excellent throughout what was an unusual ordeal with the items.
I ordered an item online in December. It arrived in a timely manner; however, I immediately noted a fault with it. I returned it via a shop and was advised it would be refunded or replaced.
A replacement was identified within a few days and seemingly sent out to me. Unfortunately, this never arrived. I believe this was more to do with Royal Mail than yourselves. After waiting the statutory 28 days, I applied for a replacement/refund.
The item was replaced again; however, after a short time, a different fault became apparent.
This was taken back via the shop, but no replacement was available.
I have since chosen a different item, which so far (fingers crossed) has had no issues.
As I said, customer service has been great, everyone I dealt with in store and online was very helpful.
I guess the issue is around ensuring that items are fit for resale.
