I'm going to give a fair review as I bought a phone in yesterday to trade it in in the drop and go service I also had a phone put back so I could exchange it for the upgrade.
The drop and go system was great the guy looked at my phone and valued it within 30 minutes so that wasn't bad the downside was....
The Phone I was looking at was filthy dirty had food stains all over it and no battery so you couldn't even load up to check to see what the actual Phone was like and then when he wouldn't let me hold it in the shop I noticed there was several scratches all over the screen now it was supposed to be a B grade so I was sadly disappointed.
The phone I had traded in was immaculate it had always been in the case since I purchased it no scratches or anything so I expected to get at least a phone not exact but similar.
Now they have none on the website I can even order and I am now stuck with no phone and a voucher even though I know the voucher doesn't run out for 100 years is not the point I cannot transfer my banking apps onto the phone I am using because it's not an iPhone so I am now lost.
Why say the phones are B great if they're not they're not even the fair condition.... deeply disappointed and now I'm stuck in limbo keep checking your site to see if you have any of the phones but nothing so good on one respect but badly let down on trying to buy a phone...
Thank you for your reply yes I have clicked notify me on six different phones but I only wanted A great it's just a shame cause I'm now stuck using a phone it's well inferior to the one I've just sold you .. it's just a basic answer so I'm now stuck ... I'm not sure I would trade a Phone in again this was the first and the last time. But I couldn't understand is because I put the phone behind to view it surely when they were assessing my phone I bought and they could've charged the other one up so I could at least had a proper look at it instead of giving me it with a dead battery and it could've at least cleaned the phone off of the food and dirt I was quite disappointed it seemed a bit disorganised in the shop and I think that was the major issue they need to employ someone just to go round and clean the shelves off and take the dust off of the products in the store because it does help to keep things cleaner especially when you're trying to buy a buy a phone that's over £700 you don't expect it to be full of grime
