Tony arrived to collect the bike right on time having called me the night before and 15 minutes before arrival. He inspected the bike and documentation and within 10 minutes the money was in my bank account in full less the immediate payment charge. Ownership changeover with the DVLA was carried out online and I received confirmation straight away. All in all a very pleasant transaction.
