Review Time
I had read quite a few negative reviews regarding the service and was a little bit apprehensive. Tony arrived to collect the bike right on time having called me the night before and 15 minutes before arrival. He inspected the bike and documentation and within 10 minutes the money was in my bank account in full less the immediate payment charge. Ownership changeover with the DVLA was carried out online and I received confirmation straight away. All in all a very pleasant transaction.
The quality of service and communication is excellent. Harry came to collect my bike and he is a credit to you. Very professional and polite. The price offered is fair. This is the second bike I have sold to you and I would recommend you to anyone. You totally take the hassle out of selling a bike.
I wouldn't even give them 1 star. We had a quote for our KTM motorbike of £2260. We went though all the details and arranged pick up, then 20 minutes after the call had terminated, we get a new quote of £1690. The caller never gave any indication that there would be a price reduction as a result of our answers when we were arranging pick up. When I called back to query the 25% price reduction , I was told it was a system problem over valuing the bikes. However it is still valued at £2260 when you make an enquiry! This is deceitful and very misleading. We certainly don't recommend using We buy any bike, superbike or motorbike trader as they are all at the same address and they will rip you off. Very disappointed
